No of Positions: 2 Job location: Noida Job Description: Track and Monitor: Tracking the progress of key deliverables in any delivery and ensure that they are going to plan Analysis: Independently be able to collate and analyse data and draw meaningful inferences from raw data; Reporting: Reporting service achievements, service failures and areas of service deficiencies, make cost effective improvement suggestions, and follow up for execution and compliance; Benchmarking: Compare and contrast SLA indices between delivery engagements on a like to like basis and compare with global comparable indices accepted by industry; Resource planning and productivity review:- Manage the resource requirements for individual deliveries, report people productivity and make suggestions for enhancing productivity. Interfacing with other colleagues : Assist other functions like bid management, resource management and practice groups in the delivery of their responsibilities. Key skills: The ideal candidate will possess in depth working knowledge in most of the following Understanding of contracts and their management; Governance requirements and forums in large delivery engagements; Risk Management Processes, particularly IT operational risk management; SLA indices and their implementations, especially for reporting; Service Management processes, specially SLM and Service Reporting; Infrastructure operations management processes; Project Management techniques especially transfer to operations; and At least one of the technical areas of data centre management, service desk management, network management and / or workplace as a service; The candidate must possess at least 2-3 years of hands on experience in any three of the following: The PMO function in an internal IT or service provider organisation; Any one of the technical areas of data centre management, service desk management, network management and / or workplace as a service; Process owner or manager for Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem or Change management; Any major role in process and tool implementations related to security and/or service management Managing Continual Service Improvement initiatives; and / or Any major role in the IT audit function of a large organization. Preferable: Bachelors degree is a must.
